We are seeking an AI Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, R, and Java, combined with a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and secure AI practices. This role will focus on building intelligent applications that leverage data to generate insights, automate processes, and enable decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain AI-based systems and applications.
Implement and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
Apply neural networks and other AI methods to solve business problems.
Work with structured and unstructured data to develop data models.
Ensure secure AI model development practices, including encryption methods.
Integrate solutions with cloud-based AI and machine learning services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven features.
Effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Mandatory Skills
Proficiency in Python, R, and Java for AI/ML development.
Knowledge of machine learning models, algorithms, and data engineering.
Experience with neural networks and AI solution design.
Strong understanding of data modeling and preprocessing.
Familiarity with secure AI practices (encryption, compliance, governance).
Desirable Skills
Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform).
Exposure to deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
Knowledge of MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
Strong skills in data visualization and analytics.
Experience collaborating in Agile, cross-functional development teams.
